• Provide 2nd line support for HP’s Scale-Out NAS solution.
• Provide suppert for highly complex solutions based on RHEL.
• Ensure that data domain remains operational during break fix and maintenance operations.
• Correct filesystem faults with limited loss of data and downtime.
• X9000 used as gateway for other storage solutions like EVA, XP and 3Par.
• Handle problems ranging from Gateway to 3PB multi rack solutions.
