DuckDNS requirements at a glance
DuckDNS does not publish a numerical CPU or RAM minimum. A client only needs to make a small HTTPS update request periodically. LinuxServer's current Docker image supports x86-64 and ARM64 and updates DuckDNS every five minutes with jitter, so hardware demand is negligible compared with almost any other ZimaOS app.

Confirm that your ISP gives you a remotely useful public address. DuckDNS can keep a changing DNS record current, but it cannot bypass CGNAT or an ISP that blocks inbound connectivity.

Official minimum requirements
DuckDNS defines a simple HTTPS update API rather than a server hardware specification.
There is no credible reason to publish a DuckDNS RAM or CPU minimum. Even the official Raspberry Pi installation is just a curl script scheduled every five minutes.

Easily. The Intel N150 and 8 GB RAM are orders of magnitude beyond the needs of a periodic DDNS update client.
