Q: What do I need to run ZimaBlade?
A: You'll need DDR3L RAM (8G/16G) and a 12V/3A or 12V/5A USB-C power adapter. Everything else is ready, CasaOS comes pre-installed.

Q: What's included with ZimaBoard 2?
A: Each unit ships with a 12V/5A power adapter, SATA Y cable and ZimaOS pre-installed.

Q: When will ZimaBoard 2 start shipping?
A: Pre-order batches ship begins October 2025. Orders are shipped in order of the queue, and you'll receive tracking once it's out.

Q: When will ZimaCube Pro be restocked?
A: Expected in Q4 2025. Until then, the ZimaCube N100 (16G) is available and ships immediately.
