From writing 福 (fú) characters for good luck to decorating with vibrant red lanterns and 春联 (chūn lián, spring couplets), these small yet meaningful traditions symbolize hope, prosperity, and new beginnings. And the excitement peaks when red envelopes, or hongbao (红包, hóng bāo), filled with blessings, are exchanged!
