A CasaOS user running Ubuntu Server could connect to the machine through SSH, but could not load the complete web interface at its static IP address. The browser received enough of the page to show the favicon and header, while the main content remained blank.
The user had already tried different browsers and reinstalled CasaOS. The only reply asked them to run a CasaOS Healthcheck and linked a video showing that process. No Healthcheck output or confirmed resolution was added to the thread.
What Still Worked
The host remained accessible through SSH, so the failure did not look like a completely unreachable Ubuntu server. The browser also received some CasaOS interface assets. This separated the reported symptom from a case in which the server IP did not respond at all.

The thread does not include browser console output, CasaOS service logs, or a Healthcheck report. It therefore does not establish whether the blank page came from a frontend asset failure, a CasaOS service problem, the static-IP configuration, or another cause.
The Community's Next Diagnostic Step
Christopher asked the author to run a Healthcheck and attached a video resource. That request was diagnostic rather than a claim that Healthcheck itself would repair the interface.
No Fix Was Confirmed
The conversation ended after the Healthcheck request. A publishable summary of this thread must therefore stop at the confirmed state: SSH worked, the web page rendered only partially, common browser and reinstall attempts had failed, and Healthcheck was the requested next step.
This December 2023 case also reflects the CasaOS and Ubuntu environment used at that time. It should not be presented as a diagnosis for every modern blank-dashboard report.
