FAQ
Q1: What graphics cards are compatible?
A: This docking station supports most AMD and NVIDIA desktop GPUs currently available on the market, including full-size models up to 330mm.
Note: Intel Arc GPUs are not supported at this time.
Q2: What devices can I connect this GPU dock to?
A: You can connect this dock to any OCuLink-enabled device, including ZimaCube, ZimaBoard, and compatible mini-PCs or motherboards. We include a PCIe to OCuLink adapter to help with setup.
Q3: Is an external power supply required?
A: No need — the dock comes with a built-in 800W power supply, providing stable and sufficient power for most desktop GPUs without extra cables or adapters.
Q4: Can it run large GPUs without overheating?
A: Yes! The frameless open structure improves airflow and supports long GPUs (up to 330mm), reducing the risk of overheating during extended gaming, AI, or rendering sessions.
Q5: Is it plug-and-play?
A: It's mostly plug-and-play for systems with OCuLink support. For some setups, BIOS tweaks or driver installations may be needed — especially for Linux or mini-PCs. We're happy to help if you run into any setup issues.
Q6: What's included in the box?
A:
- GPU Docking Station x1
- Built-in 800W PSU
- Power Cord x1
- PCIe to OCuLink Adapter x1
