The ZimaBoard is everything I expected it to be. If there is one thing I want to improve it would be the update from displayport to hdmi or something more convinient like USB-C.

Awesome out of the box!
Looks elegant and works flawlessly. I did not give five starts for two reasons. One some native apps are not complete(for example terminal and file-explorer), and two it gets extremely hot when it is on load, it could be useful to set some throttling temperature to avoid this.
Das ZimaBoard sollte ursprünglich für mein HomeLab als Plex Server und auch AirPrint- Server dienen. Dazu Brauchteich noch eine Notfallzugang über Seriell zur pfSense.
Dier Notfallzugang ist kein Problem, so man sich doch an die CLI traut. Vorsicht: Das User und Passwort für die CLI entsprechen nicht dem des Benutzers, den man anfangs anlegt! Der AirPrint Server sollte auch problemlos klappen, habe ich aber dann doch nicht probiert. Plex läuft wunderbar.
Der Appstore ist nicht riesig groß (sieht man von den Möglichkeiten über die Kommandozeile ab. Aber das ist m.E. ok.
Man hat auch eine echte und trotzdem sparsam x86 Architektur, was das Board, aber m.E. wohl vor allem das Blade zur echten Alternative zum Rapspi macht.
