The Working ZimaBlade Test Narrows the Problem
The original poster used the same installer on ZimaBlade and it worked there. That makes the third-party PC's firmware, boot mode, boot entry, storage controller, or hardware compatibility more important suspects than ZimaOS being universally unable to install.

Recreate the Installer Before Changing the Target Disk

Verify UEFI Mode and Boot Order
