I never had a local network nor a NAS and I put it together fairly easy. Received it in timely manner (about 10days). Works great for NAS, video and music over a local network. A bit sluggish with heavy apps on the local network. I wish I’d bought the 1664 instead of 832. Double the memory and EMMC. You cannot even buy a cell phone on eBay or Amazon for the price. I’m learning a lot about networking, docker, and local IP connectivity and I really like CasaOS. I’m 70 years old and just now coming to the tech party. Happy Chinese New Year to you at ZimaSpace. I didn’t trust you before but now I do.

Amazing device!

I had a Zimaboard 1 that I used to create a NAS leveraging 2 hard drives giving me 14TB of storage. I use plex to stream movies directly from the NAS. I recently got the zimaboard 2. I copied the same setup as my zimaboard 1. I am amazed as now I find streaming to be slot faster. I also like the UI of zimaos. I’m able to troubleshoot issues through my iPhone now!

I highly recommend the product as well as the vendor!
