4. Warranty Claim Process

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem - We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a diagnosis and resolution (e.g. replacement, repair instructions, partial refund, and other solutions)
- If return for repair is needed, please pack the item securely. You will cover return shipping cost; we'll reimburse it if it's a confirmed product defect.
5. Additional Notes
